Two months after her incredible promotional debut at ONE Fight Night 24, Scottish striking sensation Amy Pirnie is back inside the ring to face the 23-year-old Shir Cohen in a catchweight Muay Thai bout in front of the packed Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Saturday morning.
Both fighters stake their unscathed record under the world's largest martial arts organization and gravitate toward a potential world title opportunity against current ONE atomweight Muay Thai world champion Allycia Hellen Rodrigues.

Round 1: Pirnie opened with a front kick and added two more. Cohen fired a three-piece combination of punches and a leg kick. Pirnie continued to move forward, and Cohen moved away by stepping back. Cohen fired more combinations but was met with kicks to the lead leg.

With less than a minute left in the round, the first clinch battle was initiated, and they both landed knee strikes against each other. Their offense was cautious and calculated in the first round.
Round 2: Front kicks were again the opening strikes of Pirnie in the second frame, and she fired an atomic kick to the lead leg of Cohen. Cohen caught a front kick and dumped her down the canvas. Cohen had more urgency in the round and let go of her hands.
This immediately paid dividends and clipped Pirnie with a left hook. She again caught a front kick and trapped it before unleashing multiple solid punches against Pirnie. Cohen turned the tables in the round heading into the last round.
Round 3: Both fighters landed significant strikes at the start of the final round, but the action was halted momentarily with an eye poke incident. After the interval, Cohen became more aggressive and let go of her hands to add more damage to Pirnie's already bloodied face.
Pirnie went back to her front kicks, but Cohen responded with more powerful punches to back the Scottish star up. The match ended with a battle inside the clinch.

After a slow opening round, the Israeli star adjusted her fight plan and went on another level in the second and third rounds to punish her Scottish opposition with unforgiving power from her punches.
This was Cohen's third straight victory under ONE Championship, which maintained her flawless record. Furthermore, it improved her professional record to 10 wins and only one loss.
