ONE Fight Night 26: Jarred Brooks warns Reece McLaren that he will attack at 'a million miles an hour'

Jarred Brooks debuts in the flyweight MMA division against Reece McLaren at ONE Fight Night 26, and he has just the perfect plan to beat the Australian fighter and come out victorious inside the Lumpinee Stadium on December 6.

The ONE interim strawweight MMA world champion will give up almost 10 centimeters in height when he moves up to challenge the No.4-ranked contender in Bangkok, Thailand. But 'The Monkey God' seems sure that he can make up for where he lacks in size on fight night.

Speaking to Bangkok Post, Jarred Brooks revealed that he will slam his foot on the gas pedal and bank on his courage and determination to see off the ONE veteran:

"I'm going to come at you a million miles an hour. I might be small right here (gestures height), but I'm huge right here (points to heart), and that's all that matters."

Lito Adiwang predicts Jarred Brooks-Reece McLaren tie

Strawweight MMA standout Lito Adiwang offered his thoughts on this high-stakes fixture between Jarred Brooks and Reece McLaren.

The Filipino warrior, who welcomed 'The Monkey God' to the promotional roster in November 2021, does see his rival leaving an impression in his flyweight debut.

That said, Adiwang thinks McLaren could hand the Indiana native a night to forget with his exceptional skill set.

'Thunder Kid' told Sportskeeda MMA:

"If everything goes well for Jarred, he can submit Reece in the first or second round. But if it doesn't turn out well for him and Reece's weight and height become too much for him, I see Reece finishing him with the ground and pound."
