If you want to learn just what kind of savage jokester Michael 'Venom' Page has been known for, look no further than his marvelously brutal KO of Evangelista 'Cyborg' Santos at Bellator 158 in 2016.
After landing one of the cleanest, most precisely timed flying knees in MMA history, the English MMA superstar outshined his KO by performing a Pokemon-inspired celebration. At the time, Pokemon Go was the most famous game in the world and it certainly inspired the nerd in Page to come out:
Fans are loving the progression from brutality to hilarity in a span of just a few seconds. @GrandSupremeDaddyo commented:

Michael 'Venom' Page gave Evangelista Cyborg one of the nastiest injuries in MMA history
For those who aren't aware, the fight-ending flying knee by Michael 'Venom' Page created one of the nastiest facial injuries the sport has ever seen. You can see it in Evangelista 'Cyborg' Santos' reaction that the impact caused so much excruciating pain.
As it turned out, the knee strike produced a golf ball-sized indention on Santos' forehead. Upon looking at it through an X-ray, the indention was due to a massive fracture on his face. Santos' wife at the time, MMA legend Cris 'Cyborg' Santos, posted on Instagram, asking fans for support:
"Many of you watched him fight on Spike TV this weekend when he suffered this injury while fighting in London. Cyborg is still in the hospital in the UK, and they are not sure when he will be able to fly again. He has not had surgery yet and their is worry the brain can continue to swell causing more damage."
She then asked fans to send financial support through a GoFundMe page to help Santos with his surgery. Santos was able to recover and heal the injury but never came back to competition again.
Santos effectively ended his career with that flying knee.
