When Jon Jones' win was overturned to a no-contest after a failed drug test
Jon Jones is considered one of the greatest fighters in MMA by many. The reigning UFC heavyweight champion has near-to-clean professional record of 28-1 with a lone loss coming via a disqualification against Matt Hamill in 2009. One of his fights, however, was overturned to a no-contest from a win.
Jon Jones locked horns with his arch-rival Daniel Cormier for the second time for the light heavyweight title at UFC 214 in July 2017. 'Bones' originally won the fight via a third-round KO to win the title. However, he was later stripped of the title for testing positive for turinabol metabolite and his win was declared a no-contest.
