Paddy Pimblett has once again gone into action against internet trolls recently.
Pimblett has seen a rapid increase in his status in the UFC since joining the promotion in 2021. Following his recent performances, fans have declared him a potential champion. As Pimblett strives to win the championship in the crowded lightweight division, he also takes time to respond to his trolls in an unusual manner. The lightweight contender often calls up his internet trolls and challenges them to fight at his gym.
In a recent vlog uploaded to his YouTube channel, 'The Baddy' can be seen in action with one of his trolls. While Pimblett definitely got the individual wrapped up with his strikes, the troll, however, did not give up and kept on trying to fight back, thereby earning the UFC fighter's respect.
Pimblett, while commending the troll for showing up to fight him, said:

"He's got b*lls. ... I have got a lot more respect for him than anyone else on Instagram who talks sh*t. He actually turned up."

Paddy Pimblett is not wrong to put up his point, claims Din Thomas regarding the lightweight's recent beef with Ariel Helwani
Paddy Pimblett recently got into an altercation with MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, claiming that the MMA Hour host only cares about making money from his interviews with fighters and has little journalistic integrity.
In a recent interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Din Thomas, a former UFC fighter turned analyst, weighed in on the debate between 'The Baddy' and the popular journalist. He acknowledged that both parties had valid points; he praised 'The Baddy' for expressing his opinion. He also noted that the journalist was not wrong for not compensating fighters for interviews.
Thomas said:
"This is a situation where I think both guys are right. They both have a point. Depending on the type of media Ariel considers himself to be. If you're the news, you obviously don't pay people to come onto your show, you're the news...but if you're an outlet and you're making off of your show, that's a little different. I do the same thing, I have shows that I make money off of...Am I mad at Paddy for doing that? Absolutely not. Will I ever have him on one of my shows? Absolutely not."
