Elle Brooke opens up on potential Paige VanZant boxing rematch
Paige VanZant recently returned to combat sports, putting on boxing gloves to face Misfits Boxing middleweight champion Elle Brooke in the squared circle on May 25.
Given VanZant's extensive experience as a mixed martial artist, many expected her to impose herself on Brooke. However, the fight went the distance and ended in an inconclusive split draw.
During a post-fight interview, Brooke was asked for her thoughts on a potential rematch against VanZant. Expressing her eagerness to settle the beef once and for all, the Englishwoman said:
"Just want the rematch. I don't really care about her as a person [laughs]. She's a nice; I respect her as a fighter but she's not my mate. I don't know, yeah. It is what it is."
