Shadow Singha Mawynn revealed his corner demanded urgency during his fight against Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong.
At ONE Friday Fights 92, Shadow faced the toughest challenge of his ONE Championship tenure, a main event against Sitthichai. The former Rajadamner Stadium Muay Thai world champion overcame the test and secured a unanimous decision win, making a statement in the featherweight division.
Shadow endured a slow start against Sitthichai before picking up his pace to emerge victorious. During the post-fight press conference, the 24-year-old had this to say about his progression through the main event:
"For the first round, I think I lost by a bit. I'm not sure, though, because I was so focused on the fight. But when the first round ended, my corner was saying I needed to speed up and pick up the pace."

Where does Shadow stand in the ONE featherweight Muay Thai division?
Shadow Singha Mawynn didn't officially earn a six-figure contract at ONE Friday Fights 92. With that said, the 24-year-old made a massive statement in the featherweight Muay Thai division by defeating number three-ranked Sitthichai.
On Jan. 24, featherweight Muay Thai king Tawanchai will defend his strap in a rematch against number one-ranked Superbon. The highly-anticipated matchup will headline ONE 170 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Meanwhile, the division's rankings also feature No. 2-ranked Jo Nattawut, No. 4-ranked Bampara Kouyate, and No. 5-ranked Luke Lessei.
Heading into 2025, Shadow has proven he deserves respect in the division due to his win against Sitthichai. Although it's unconfirmed by ONE, the 24-year-old could be matched up against another ranked opponent next time out.
Shadow's presence in the division will also be affected by whether or not he's featured on an Amazon Prime Video event.
