Emanuel Muniz vs. Anthony Blackburn for the welterweight title is the co-main event at Power Slap 8.

Fighting out of Ontario, California, reigning champion Muniz holds a slap-fighting record of 5-2, with two knockouts to his name. The 24-year-old has a hand width of 22 cm and has registered a peak slap velocity of 8.14 mps.

'No Love' however has ambitions beyond slap fighting. He hopes to eventually switch to MMA and one day be a UFC fighter.

In the other half of the co-feature, Blackburn, the No.2 ranked contender, holds an undefeated slapfighting record of 3-0-1 with two knockouts to his name. The Michigan native aspires to be the toughest slapfighter in history.

Muniz chooses three windups before his slap. The slap visibly wobbles his opponent. A great finish to the fight by Muniz. This was arguably the best fight of the contest.
