UFC president Dana White underwent a significant physical transformation after Gary Brecka of 10X Health Systems gave him ten years to live. White recently posted an Instagram story ahead of UFC 287 in Miami that suggests he has been assiduously adhering to the regimen.
White contacted Brecka, a human biologist who estimates people's life expectancy based on their blood and DNA samples, since he suffered from mobility and health issues such as sleep apnea. Brecka's prognosis of less than ten years of life was a wake-up call for the UFC president. White accepted Brecka's advice and embarked on a path of transformation.
Dana White could be seen lounging in a pool, looking lean and ripped in an Instagram story posted by him. Needless to say, fight fans were shocked by White's remarkable transformation and took to Twitter to react to it.

One fan brought up the infamous incident on New Year's Eve where White was caught on camera slapping his wife:
"Preparing for a rematch with his wife."
Another fan speculated that White has undergone testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and consumes a lot of Ozempic, which is used to help manage blood sugar levels:
"This post is sponsored by TRT and ozempic… lots of ozempic."
Yet another fan hilariously wrote:
"Must have recently switched to the same supplement supplier as [Conor] McGregor."

Dana White gives Jorge Masvidal a title shot roadmap ahead of UFC 287
Jorge Masvidal has undoubtedly emerged as a superstar in recent times. Dana White confirmed at the press conference that the UFC 287 card was built around him in his hometown of Miami.
'Gamebred' and reigning welterweight champion Leon Edwards engaged in a backstage brawl following a UFC Fight Night event at London's O2 Arena. Edwards' top priority has remained getting even with Masvidal.
If history is any indication, the UFC likes to schedule bouts with a compelling backstory, and a victory over top-ranked contender Gilbert Burns could help Masvidal return to the title contention picture.
Speaking on Masvidal's roadmap for a title shot in a recent interview with TMZ Sports, Dana White stated:
“Let me tell you what's going to happen. If he goes in and he does that against a guy like Gilbert Burns, whom I have a ton of respect for. Gilbert Burns is an absolute badass. Then you have Colby Covington versus Leon Edwards. And if Leon Edwards beats Colby Covington, the history between Leon Edwards and Jorge Masvidal, and they both win these fights, that fight will be so huge. People would be dying to see that fight. It would be absolutely massive, and maybe we do it back in Miami."
