Johan Ghazali isn't getting paid by the hour.
The 18-year-old phenom returns to martial arts' biggest global stage this Friday for a highly anticipated clash with undefeated Colombian standout Johan Estupinan at ONE 170 inside the iconic Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

Estupinan goes into his 27th career fight with a perfect 26-0 record, including four massive wins under the ONE Championship banner. But if 'Jojo' gets his way, he'll not only take Estupinan's 'O' at ONE 170, but he'll do it most spectacularly.

"Of course like every other fight, I will be looking for the knockout," Ghazali told ONE. "When it will end, I'm not sure but I will do my absolute best to put him out as fast as I can."
Of course, that'll be easier said than done. Thus far, Johan Estupinan has smashed his way through every man ONE has put in front of him, including a trio of highlight-reel knockouts against Kouta Omori, Sean Climaco, and Zakaria El Jamari.
But if anyone is up to the task, it's Johan Ghazali who has a little something to prove in The Land of Smiles.
Johan Estupinan says 'Jojo' will fall short in his question for revenge
While this is the first-ever meeting between the two highly touted prospects, Johan Ghazali and Johan Estupinan are plenty familiar with one another.
Years back, Estpuinan scored a victory over Ghazali's older brother, Elias Ghazali, during his days as an amateur Muay Thai fighter. It's a result that has admittedly gnawed at Johan Ghazali for years and fueled his desire for vengeance.
During his own interview with the promotion, Johan Estupinan had a few spine-tingling words for his ONE 170 opponent and Ghazali's futile quest for revenge.
"Another brother must be born," Estupinan said. "Another brother must be born so that he can also look for revenge and I could defeat him. Make sure the third brother looks for revenge too because ‘Jojo’ won’t accomplish it."
