Renato Moicano opens up about $10,000 worth Bitcoin purchase: "Enjoy this dip, it won’t last long!"

Renato Moicano last entered the octagon in September, and defeated Benoit Saint Denis via second-round TKO in the main event of UFC Fight Night 243. He is set to make his return to the octagon next weekend against Beneil Dariush at UFC 311.

The No.10-ranked lightweight has been open about his stance on cryptocurrency, advocating for fans to purchase Bitcoin. He recently said that he purchased $10,000 worth of Bitcoin amid the recent drop in price.

Moicano took to X on Tuesday to reveal his latest investment, posting:

"Just bought 10k in btc! Enjoys this dip not gonna last long probably ! #bitcoin"

In response to a fan who asked why he was sharing the information, Moicano predicted that Bitcoin is set to explode soon:

"Because if Trump fulfills his promises on the first day BITCOIN will explode! Telling this to people that don’t have exposure to bitcoin yet! Maybe this is the last opportunity! This is not financial advice! Study bitcoin"
