On paper, Aliff Sor Dechapan's list of former opponents may not be as impressive as that of his ONE 169 adversary, Walter Goncalves.
After all, the Brazilian dynamo already battled two of the biggest stars in the promotion, flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon and two-weight and two-sport kingpin Superlek Kiatmoo9.
Despite Goncalves' experience fighting the best, Aliff doesn't seem bothered one bit.
As far as the 21-year-old rising star is concerned, the Brazilian barely put up a fight in both those losses. Aliff told ONE Championship in an exclusive interview:

“This man has faced elite fighters like Superlek and Rodtang. He seems to be on another level when compared with me. However, he didn’t beat those two. So I think we should be on the same level."
Aliff and Goncalves will open the festivities of the ultra-stacked ONE 169 spectacle this coming Nov. 8 at the fabled halls of 'The Mecca of Muay Thai' Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Sor Dechapan athlete is one of the brightest prospects in the 125-pound Muay Thai division and is coming off a $50,000 bonus-winning performance in his brilliant KO win over Zakaria El Jamari at ONE Fight Night 24 last August.
ONE 169: Malykhin vs Reug Reug will air live in US Primetime free of charge for Prime Video subscribers in North America.
Aliff guarantees more finishes to come in promising career
Aliff has gone 5-2 so far in his impressive run in the world's largest martial arts organization.
After tasting the big bucks last time out, the Thai firecracker certainly wants to build on that momentum and register another massive victory at ONE 169.
He told Mitch Chilson in his in-ring interview at ONE Fight Night 24:
“Remember me, I’m the guy who can do all the most beautiful Muay Thai moves here in ONE Championship."
