ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon is giving maximum effort in his preparations to successfully defend the 135-pound Muay Thai crown against Jacob Smith at ONE 169: Atlanta on November 8 inside the State Farm Arena.
In a recent Instagram post by ONE Championship, 'The Iron Man' can be seen working out under the guidance of a team of doctors at a sports and wellness clinic in Bangkok, Thailand.

In the comments section, one Instagram user compared Rodtang's intense training session to that of Ivan Drago — the main antagonist of the movie Rocky IV, played by Dolph Lundgren, who also worked closely with doctors in preparation for his bouts:

Despite losing to Rodtang in the quarterfinal of the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai Grand Prix in his ONE debut, Jacob Smith believes he can dethrone the reigning ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion at ONE 169: Atlanta.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, the third-ranked ONE flyweight Muay Thai competitor said:
"This time, I'm a lot better, I'm better equipped. And this is my fourth fight in them gloves now, and I know exactly what I'm doing in them gloves."
