'The Iron Man' Rodtang Jitmuangnon wasn't impressed by the work from his opponent at ONE on Prime Video 4. However, the Thai-born athlete claims that the ONE strawweight world champion has spectacular precision.
In his post-fight interview with Tom Taylor of SCMP MMA, Rodtang explained:
"Of course, he has very accurate punches. You can see from my face right here, he was able to hit the target so many times. But it could have been better if he was coming forward to fight me more so it could be more fun. So he was one of the toughest opponents, and a very accurate one."

Rodtang Jitmuangnon shares his Muay Thai influences
With over three hundred career bouts, and starting his career at the age of 8, Rodtang has become a ubiquitous name in Muay Thai. But which striking greats influenced 'The Iron Man'?
In his post-fight press conference after ONE on Prime Video 4, Rodtang explained:
“Someone that I look up to is Nai Khanom Tom, one of the legendary boxers in Thailand, and the other person is Buakaw, who inspires me in boxing. But as I informed you earlier, this is my career and I have been doing my best all time… I have given it all in my boxing career, and this is what I do best in my life.”
Nai Khanom Tom was a legendary fighter from the 1700s and is considered the father of Muay Thai. Buakaw is an all-time great in kickboxing and Muay Thai and has inspired a generation of strikers in Thailand.
'The Iron Man' has already defeated most of the fighters in his division, had a special rule super fight against Demetrious Johnson. He has now defeated a Muay Thai world champion from another weight division.
'The Iron Man' is running out of opponents to face in the ONE circle, a terrifying testament to his dominance.
