Reigning and undisputed ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion 'The Iron Man' Rodtang Jitmuangnon of Thailand is one of the most explosive strikers in the world today.

Widely considered a top pound-for-pound fighter and a generational talent, Rodtang has Muay Thai coursing through his veins. He combines sublime skill with god-given talent.

But Rodtang also understands that hard work is part of the equation of success, even if he's known to kick it back often, partaking in a multitude of activities that have nothing to do with fighting.

Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Rodtang revealed one of the activities he loves doing every week that doesn't involve beating someone to a pulp.

'The Iron Man' said:

"I have been playing soccer since I first started school. I play soccer very often, three to four days a week."

Needless to say, when Rodtang is on point, everything is firing on all cylinders. He's a hard man to deny.

But even world champions in the ring have to get away for a while and enjoy other things life has to offer, like soccer.

Thankfully, fans won't have to wait long to see Rodtang back in action in ONE Championship.
