The 27-year-old Team Underground representative believes that the hardest work is in the gym, preparing for his Thai counterpart. Which is why he's putting in the hours and getting ready to defend his gold.
'The General' said on his YouTube channel:
"I'd say I'm one of the hardest workers out there when it comes to training. If I don't give my 100 percent or I'm not at my best, I'm not happy."
