At ONE on Prime Video 4, flyweight king Rodtang Jitmuangnon returns to the circle. In a champion vs. champion matchup, ‘The Iron Man’ will defend his title against strawweight champ Joseph Lasiri. The event is free for US viewers with an Amazon Prime subscription.
On November 18, the flyweight title is on the line as the champion looks to continue his reign of dominance in the division at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Though it will be a big ask for his opponent, Joseph Lasiri is very confident in his gameplan having studied his opponent's previous fights.
But in an interview with ONE Championship, ‘The Iron Man’ said that he is not concerned with Lasiri’s preparations and puts his faith in being the better man in the cage on Friday night:
“I’m not afraid of his game plan because I also believe in my adaptive skills in the circle. I can handle him in any way.”

That is the kind of confidence that comes from being one of the best strikers in the world. His ability to make adjustments in fights has kept him undefeated when competing in Muay Thai inside the circle.
Whilst Lasiri may be focused on putting together a game plan that he can stick to in the fight, the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion has proven many times that when strikes start getting traded, he knows how to find a way to win.
Watch: Rodtang Jitmuangnon eats head kick from Jonathan Haggerty, fans react
Fans were left with their jaws on the floor in 2019 when Rodtang Jitmuangnon ate a perfectly placed head kick from Jonathan Haggerty and shrugged it off.
The flyweight champ's fighting style quickly turned him into a star, with social media clips of ‘The Iron Man’ letting his opponents hit him and taunting them back. The best example of this came in one of his fights with ‘The General’ Jonathan Haggerty, where he took a clean head kick and didn’t even flinch.
ONE Championship recently reposted the clip with the caption saying:
"'The Iron Man' eats kicks for breakfast 😱 Will Rodtang Jitmuangnon withstand Joseph Lasiri’s strikes at ONE on Prime Video 4? @rodtang_jimungnon #ONEonPrimeVideo4 | Fri Nov 18 at 8PM ET”
Just like they did the first time they saw it, fans praised 'The Iron Man' for his toughness and exciting style in the comments below:
“People get covid, covid gets Rodtang; people [are] afraid of darkness, darkness is afraid of Rodtang; Rodtang plays ping pong alone and wins.”
“This guy's from another planet”
“👏 I now see why they call him the Iron Man 🔥”
“The stuff legends are made off ”
“Still can't believe he didn't get knocked down by this🔥”
At ONE on Prime Video 4, the flyweight king will look to continue his incredible undefeated streak in Muay Thai inside the circle when he faces ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion Joseph Lasiri.
Whilst Lasiri is a champion in his own right, it would be surprising to nobody if his opponent goes in there and does what he always does, bullies his opponent and taunts them throughout.
The fight will be his second world title defense of the year. On top of his two Muay Thai fights, ‘The Iron Man’ also competed in a mixed-rules fight with Demetrious Johnson.
