Rumored to fight Conor McGregor in place of Logan Paul, KSI shares five-word message reacting to reports of the same

KSI recently shared a five-word message reacting to the reports that he would be stepping in for Logan Paul to fight Conor McGregor. The reports come after 'The Maverick' made his intentions known that he wants to focus solely on his WWE career.

The boxing bout is reportedly a very lucrative one that would be taking place in India in the coming months. Despite the figures attached, it appears as though the WWE superstar might no longer be interested as it would require him to put a brief pause on his pro wrestling career in order to train.

KSI has more boxing bouts on his resume than Paul, including his exhibition bouts, and has competed more frequently than his PRIME co-founder. The Irishman, on the other hand, has only competed in one boxing bout, in which he lost to Floyd Mayweather.

The report of the YouTuber-turned-boxer stepping in for Paul to fight McGregor in a boxing bout generated plenty of interest on social media. It also caught the attention of KSI himself and he reposted the report along with his reaction, which implied that he would be interested in fighting McGregor:

"Not rumoured. I'm very down"

Conor McGregor once called out KSI for bare-knuckle bout

Conor McGregor and KSI are no strangers to each other as the Irishman once called out the YouTuber-turned-boxer for a bare-knuckle bout.

Following Anthony Joshua's win over Robert Helenius in August 2023, the former two-division UFC champion was interviewed in the ring and he took the opportunity to generate interest in a potential bout.

McGregor's Forged Irish Stout was one of the sponsors, and so he congratulated all involved for the event before shifting his attention to KSI:

"I know your man KSI is in the crowd and he couldn't box eggs if he worked in an egg boxing factory. So if he wants to get in here, we'll give him a final yoke, bare knuckle if you want."
