Ruotolo brothers develop their insane balance in throwback clip

Legendary grappling marvels, the Ruotolo brothers, are the living embodiments of the word "prodigy." The 20-year-old twins have been competing and excelling in jiu-jitsu since they were just three years old. You read that right, the pair of American BJJ black belts were already learning how to strangle at an age when some people were still wearing diapers.

With a wealth of experience, together with their insane athleticism and aggression, The Ruotolo brothers have become a force to be reckoned with in sport jiu-jitsu. What's crazy is the fact that they may be still many years away from reaching their prime. With how amazing the brothers already are, that's a frightening thought for anyone put in front of them.

In a recent video released by ONE Championship, Kade and Tye can be seen as young boys improving their balance on a balance board. We can wholeheartedly say that not a lot of people in the world can pull off such an insanely difficult exercise like the Ruotolo brothers can.

Practicing on a balance board is difficult enough, but to have someone push and pull on you while you do so increases the difficulty to level infinite. The Ruotolo brothers are a different breed.

In a few weeks' time, one-half of the formidable jiu- jitsu twins, ONE lightweight submission grappling world champion Kade Ruotolo, will defend his throne against Norway's Tommy Langaker. Kade, who is also the youngest ADCC world champion ever, will look to make a second straight world title defense in front of a sold-out crowd at the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium at ONE Fight Night 11.

Langaker is coming off back-to-back wins in ONE Championship while Kade Ruotolo is riding three straight wins, one of them won him the belt and another was a successful world title defense. This match has excitement written all over it.

ONE Fight Night 11 is the sixth Amazon show of ONE for the year. It will be aired live and for free to North American fans with an active Prime Video subscription.
