Ryan Garcia doesn't appear to be headed to rehab just yet as the talented boxer was recently captured partying in a night club in Hawaii. 'KingRy' was recently slapped with a one-year suspension by the New York State Athletic Commission after failing two pre-fight drug tests before his clash with Devin Haney in April.
Ahead of his fight with Haney, the 25-year old displayed some concerning behavior both online and in person. He made claims of being kidnapped, forced to watch minors be sexually assaulted and hinted at using substances such as cannabis and alcohol in training camp.
His antics continued after his bout with 'The Dream', and Garcia was recently expelled from the World Boxing Council (WBC) after 'KingRy' was captured sharing racial slurs during a live chat.
After several days of reflection, the pugilist shared a statement of his own, in which he intended to go to rehab to help solve any issues he was facing. However, a recent article posted by TMZ on X captured him partying shirtless in a Hawaiian nightclub.

Eddie Hearn isn't surprised by Ryan Garcia's fall from grace
Ryan Garcia was once viewed as the second coming of the 'Golden Boy' Oscar De La Hoya, but the 25-year old has endured a shocking downward spiral over the past year or so.
'KingRy' displayed increasingly concerning behavior in the build-up to his clash with Devin Haney on April 20. His antics including missing weight by over three pounds, and downing what appeared to be a beer on the weigh-in scales.
However, his performance contradicted his pre-fight display, as he dominated 'The Dream' en route to a decision victory. After the bout, Garcia claimed his antics were designed to make Haney underestimate him, but Eddie Hearn was not so sure.
The promoter was recently asked for his thoughts on the racist remarks made by 'KingRy', and said this:
"His head's fallen off and he needs help ASAP. I noticed the first press conference for Haney-Garcia, I was looking at [Garcia] going, 'What has happened to this bloke?'"
He continued:
"I saw him at the press conference on fight week and it was even worse. He ended up performing pretty well in the fight... Now we're seeing it wasn't [an act], and it isn't. Some of the stuff that was said yesterday is just kind of the end of the road with it now."
