‘Super’ Sage Northcutt is “super excited” for his first fight in almost four years.
The Texas native is expected to make his long-awaited sophomore appearance inside the Circle on May 5 when ONE Championship goes to the 1stBank Center in Colorado for ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video. Just weeks away from his first fight since suffering a devastating injury in his promotional debut, Sage Northcutt spoke with The MMA Superfan to share his excitement over not only returning to the Circle, but doing so in his home country.
“Oh yeah, I’m super excited for it. You know, first US fight for ONE Championship so I think having American athletes is also awesome. I’m super excited to be on the first US card and it’s pretty cool that it’s in Colorado so I’m looking forward to it.”
