Filipino MMA sensation Lito Adiwang cut his New Year's celebration short because he is saving all his fireworks for his return to action on Feb. 7 at ONE Fight Night 28.
Adiwang is scheduled to face Japanese star and current number five-ranked divisional contender Keito Yamakita in a crucial bout inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
In his most recent interview with ABS-CBN, the 31-year-old fighter has promised an exciting performance that fans should never miss, as he stated:
"My new year has been silent because I am saving all the fireworks [for] fight day, so don't miss it."

Lito Adiwang is not only gunning to extend his win streak but also aims to crack a spot in the top five rankings of the stacked weight class.
Since his arrival at the world's largest martial arts organization in October 2019, Adiwang has won seven of his 10 matches, with an impressive 56 percent finish rate.

According to Adiwang, a Muay Thai fight is part of his bucket list as a professional athlete to fulfill his plan and give fans an incredible show that they won't forget for an unexpected period, as he stated:
"That's one of my plans. I want to do it for myself as well to entertain the fans. I want to leave a good impression for fans by showcasing an exciting and memorable fight."
