Sean Strickland has one question he needs Elon Musk to ask Donald Trump during their upcoming conversation. As the owner of X, Musk announced on his social media platform on Aug. 12 that he would be conversing with Trump live the following day.
Strickland replied to Musk's thread, saying he has "just one question" about taxes. The former UFC champion requested that Musk as the presidential candidate why Americans are "taxed to pay for other countries" as the United States offers financial aid to other countries at war.
Strickland tweeted:
"Just ask one question. America gives billions and billions of dollars to the rest of the world. Israel [and] Ukraine. Meanwhile, inflation is utterly killing Americans and we're taxed to pay for other countries. Americans want to end this. Will you end it and if not, why not?"

Strickland asked Musk to question Trump on whether he would "end" the process or not, which 'Tarzan' believes is the cause of high tax rates in the United States.
While the 33-year-old did not directly place the tax blame on incumbent president Joe Biden, his framing of the question asking Trump to end the pattern indicates that is his belief. Strickland has been an avid supporter of Trump for several years and has publicly endorsed the Republican in the UFC octagon after previous victories.
Sean Strickland's support for Donald Trump
It has been no secret that in his rise to fame, Sean Strickland has become one of the most political fighters on the UFC roster. While often giving his opinion on X, Strickland has been very straightforward with his thoughts on the upcoming US presidential election, favoring Republican candidate Donald Trump.
The fan-favorite most notably shouted out the former president at UFC 302 after his win over Paulo Costa. Strickland called Trump "the man" and said he would be "donating" to him for the "travesty" that was happening to him at the time. Trump was then under investigation for his 'hush money' trial.

Strickland has not said whether or not he would vote but in all likelihood, he would submit a Republican ballot for Trump.
