Shadow Singha Mawynn gave it his all in his victorious outing against multi-time kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong in the ONE Friday Fights 92 main event on Dec. 20.
Unfortunately, he fell slightly short of his target to wrap up the show with a knockout as his opposite number survived waves of attacks until the final bell.
The Singha Mawynn upstart wrapped up his 2024 with the biggest victory of his career by unanimous decision in a featherweight Muay Thai joust against 'Killer Kid' inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
From start to finish, the 24-year-old went at the striking veteran with a bucketload of shots.

He primarily relied on his right kicks to destroy his guard before following up with haymakers at the top. Though not truly knocked the wind off Sitthichai's sail, the moment eventually came in round three.
The Bangkok-based star sent a smacking right hand that sent the Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai Camp star down for the fight's first eight-count. Sitthichai may have looked as if he was on his last legs, but he rose back up to continue fighting until the final bell.
Looking back at the moment, describing it as something that surprised him, Shadow told the media at the ONE Friday Fights 92 post-fight presser:
"I think the most surprising thing is that how his heart is like a heart of a fighter. Because he got caught by my right punch, and he was still able to get up."
Shadow won't quit until he lands six-figure deal from ONE Championship
Despite racking up the most notable triumph of his resume, Shadow did not get a six-figure contract from the promotion. That doesn't mean he's disappointed, though.
The 24-year-old, who has racked up a 4-0 run since a debut loss this year, vows to continue upgrading himself until that opportunity arrives at his door:
"My goal is to improve myself, and also to get the contract of ONE Championship."
