Shadow says he has "nothing to lose" against the legendary Sitthichai at ONE Friday Fights 92

Shadow Singha Mawynn didn't have the slightest concern when the offer to face striking icon Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong was put on the table.

The Thai upstart goes toe-to-toe with the multi-time kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion in the main event of ONE Friday Fights 92, which takes place inside the legendary Lumpinee Stadium this Friday, Dec. 20.

Ahead of their flyweight Muay Thai scrap in Bangkok, Thailand, the 24-year-old admitted that he didn't feel any nerves upon signing the contract, as he told ONE Championship:

"The moment I found out I was going to fight Sitthichai, was I nervous? I wasn't nervous or pressured at all because I have nothing to lose."

Shadow heads into this contest against the No.3-ranked flyweight Muay Thai and kickboxing contender with three back-to-back victories this year.

After opening his ONE account with a loss to Mamuka Usubyan, he's come out on top against Erik Hehir by TKO and a pair of unanimous decisions over Jimmy Vienot and Mohammad Siasarani.

Shadow vows to do his best against Sitthichai at ONE Friday Fights 92

Though the Singha Mawynn man admits he doesn't feel any nerves to face a true living legend of the sport, he knows beating him could prove to be a tough affair.

Despite that, Shadow promises to give it his all against the Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai Camp product, a Muay Mat that he has looked up to from the early days of his career.

In the same interview, the ONE Friday Fights warrior went on to add:

"When I was a kid, I heard about him and watched his fights. He is one of the best strikers in the world, but I will do my best [against him]."
