Sharaputdin Magomedov recently expressed his openness to accepting a fight against Michael 'Venom' Page. The Dagestani middleweight picked Page as the worthier opponent out of the two options presented to him.

'Bullet' has been winning his UFC fights solely due to his striking skills. His last in-octagon encounter at UFC 308 produced a highlight-reel finish as he knocked his rival out with a double-spinning back fist. Magomedov took his UFC record to 4-0 with his superb victory over Armen Petrosyan.

The 30-year-old made good use of his time with the microphone, expressing the desire to face the best strikers in the middleweight division during his octagon interview with Daniel Cormier. He also took a verbal shot at the former champ Israel Adesanya.

Lately, 'Bullet' appeared in an interview with Red Corner MMA, where the host provided him with two options, Paulo Costa and Page, to choose his next rival. The Dagestani chose the latter, leaving out 'Borrachinha' due to his history of pulling out of fights.

A post on X from @ChampRDS also showcased Magomedov debunking the notion that he would turn into a wrestler to have an advantage over Page. He mentioned that he would resort to his usual strike-heavy style for the UK native:

"I'd love to fight [Michael Venom] Page. He's always ready to go. I attended his fight in Las Vegas [UFC 303]. He's an interesting guy, or 'cool dude', I should say. It would be exciting... I don't think I'll ever throw away my gameplan [turn into a wrestler instead of striking]. He's the one who'll find himself on the canvas. So, I'm going to ground and pound him a bit. [But] I'm not going to wrestle with him. I'm going to stick to my fighting style, my plan, like I always do."

Sharaputdin Magomedov also has an eye for acting apart from being a UFC fighter

Sharaputdin Magomedov has already showcased his lethal in-octagon striking skills on multiple occasions. However, he doesn't want to limit his career to fighting. In some of his recent public appearances, he opened up about wanting to pursue a career in acting as well.

In another interview with Red Corner MMA, Magomedov mentioned that he had already shot for his first project, an unreleased short film. The shoot took place days before his UFC on ABC 6 fight against Antonio Trocoli. 'Bullet' also mentioned that he would play a killer in the movie:

"My manager said I will need to fly to Los Angeles. They [the production authorities] are going to pay for my VISA and all the expenses. I gave it a thought and asked him [my manager] about the role. He said it was a killer. I decided to take this offer."
