Andrade, one of the most devastating pure strikers in MMA, was working on his kickboxing combinations that became synonymous with his terrifying style.

After a successful kickboxing and Muay Thai career, Andrade burst into the MMA scene in July 2020.

After submitting Mark Abelardo in his ONE Championship debut, Andrade racked up six straight wins to capture the vacant ONE bantamweight MMA world title against John Lineker at ONE Fight Night 7.

His second match against Lineker served as a proper sequel to their first match which ended in a disappointing no-contest at ONE on Prime Video 3.

Andrade's 2023 campaign, however, proved to be a bittersweet campaign.

'Wonder Boy' was nursing multiple injuries when he fought ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Jonathan Haggerty in a champion-versus-champion super fight for the vacant ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title.

Haggerty knocked Andrade out in the second round of their matchup at ONE Fight Night 16 at the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok.

Fabricio Andrade says he's back in peak shape to defend his throne

Fabricio Andrade is back to full health and ready to defend his ONE bantamweight MMA world title.

'Wonder Boy' carried multiple injuries in the latter half of 2023, but has since recovered from the wear and tear at the start of 2024.

Taking to Instagram, Andrade said he's ready to defend his gold against anyone who dares go up against him.

"Training is going well, I am ready to defend my title, let's go 🦾 #anyone #onechampionship."
