Skye Nicolson and Raven Chapman battle in a matchup between undefeated women's featherweight boxers.
In 2022, Nicolson officially made the toughest decision of her boxing career. The Aussie chose not to pursue the 2024 Olympics after coming up short in the 2020 Tokyo edition. Instead, she left the amateur ranks and turned professional.
Since then, Nicolson has quickly become one of the biggest fan favorites in women's boxing. The 29-year-old holds a professional record of 11-0, including several wins for the interim and undisputed WBC featherweight world title.
On Saturday, October 12, Nicolson looks to defend her strap against Chapman. The 30-year-old English challenger holds a 9-0 professional record, defeating Yohana Sarabia last time out to earn the opportunity to become a world champion.
