Combat sports fans recently voiced their take on another crazy act from the BKFC star, Mike Perry. The former UFC athlete decided to perform a choking drill with his wife, which nearly put him to sleep.
Perry made his UFC debut on Aug. 20, 2016, against Hyun Gyu Lim. The Michigan native also picked up two consecutive victories in his first two in-octagon encounters. However, Perry endured losses at regular intervals in his career that left him with a below-average UFC record of 7-8.
'Platinum' called curtains to his UFC career after losing to Daniel Rodriguez on April 10, 2021. However, he inked a contract with the BKFC later the same year. His awesome performances under the promotion gradually promoted him to the stature of the face of the BKFC. Currently, the 33-year-old boasts an undefeated 5-0 record in the BKFC along with being the middleweight champ of the promotion.
Perry also has a reputation for having a nonchalant, crazy personality. One of @Home_of_Fight's recent X updates provided another example of this as he almost lost consciousness during a rear-naked choke drill with his wife, Latory Gonzalez.

Most fans were taken aback by Perry allowing his wife to almost put him to sleep with the choke. However, one of them highlighted how he could have faced an even more terrible end because of the words he uttered when his wife loosened her grip. The fan commented:
""Bitch I was out" 💀Mike Perry risking being murdered by his wife."
Others penned:
"Mike is speed-running CTE at this point ahahah"
"Bro has a sick fetish"

Mike Perry couldn't predict the correct conclusion to the Jiri Prochazka vs. Jamahal Hill fight at UFC 311
Despite parting ways with the UFC more than three years back Mike Perry still stays informed about the events and fights fixed by the promotion. 'Platinum' also broke down the UFC 311 encounter between Jiri Prochazka and Jamahal Hill along with providing his prediction about the results of the fight.
In a recent appearance on the Overdogs Podcast, Perry predicted that Hill would get the better of Prochazka. However, as of now, UFC fans know that his prediction was in vain:
"Look, Jiri [Prochazka] is scary. But he broke. Twice in a row [against Pereira]... That's the difference maker, right? I guess if I just make a pick, I'm going USA, I'm going Jamahal Hill. I wanna see him come back."
