Featherweight MMA talent Akbar Abdullaev will try to hit two birds with one stone for his upcoming match with reigning ONE featherweight MMA world champion Tang Kai in the main event of ONE Fight Night 27 on Jan. 10, which emanates from the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
According to Abdullaev, he aims to keep his immaculate record intact while simultaneously giving the Chinese MMA star his first-ever defeat under the world's martial arts organization.
Akbar Abdullaev stated this during his pre-fight interview with ONE Championship, where he discussed:
"In this game, it's very important to stay undefeated, because nowadays staying undefeated is interesting to people, and the organization, and it creates a kind of hype. So it's important to me to continue without losses."
