Stephen Loman will have his eyes firmly locked on Friday night’s main event rematch between No. 1 ranked ONE bantamweight contender Fabricio Andrade and former ONE world champion John ‘Hands of Stone’ Lineker.
The pair will meet once again for the vacant ONE bantamweight world title after their October clash at ONE on Prime Video 3 ended in an anticlimactic no-contest, leaving the promotion without a bantamweight king. With Stephen Loman seemingly the next man in line for a shot at ONE bantamweight gold, ‘The Sniper’ spoke with ONE Championship to share his thoughts on how the former champion can reclaim his world title at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video:
“If he hurts Fabricio Andrade, he needs to finish him. He had him wobbled in the first fight. That should be John Lineker’s cue to end things quickly.”
Though John Lineker largely struggled to deal with the height and reach advantage of Fabricio Andrade, ‘Hands of Stone’ found some success, particularly in the second round, but failed to capitalize on the opportunity to close out the evening early.

Given the danger that Andrade brings to the circle, it’s unlikely that Lineker will let his opponent off the hook once again should he be able to land one of his signature looping hooks.
Fans in North America can watch the highly anticipated rematch live and for free on Amazon Prime Video with an active subscription this Friday night in primetime.
Stephen Loman says John Lineker will have his hands full at ONE Fight Night 7
John Lineker’s power is nothing short of legendary, but Fabricio Andrade is a different kind of monster altogether. With a Muay Thai background, ‘Wonder Boy’ has shown time and time again that he is dangerous whether it be with his heavy hands or brutal kicks. He’s put away some of the best fighters in the world with both and even holds a win by way of submission in his ONE Championship debut.
Speaking about John Lineker’s opponent, Stephen Loman shared his respect for Fabricio Andrade’s skills inside the circle and believes that Lineker will have his ‘Hands of Stone’ full once again trying to deal with such an eclectic striker at ONE Fight Night 7 this weekend:
“I respect Fabricio Andrade as a fighter... He is an opponent you really have to prepare for and take seriously. He has the ability to end fights very quickly and I think John Lineker will have his hands full.”
