Ahead of his own huge fight at ONE on Prime Video 4, Stephen Loman has given his prediction for the main event on November 18 (US primetime). Live from the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Christian Lee will attempt to become a double champion when he moves up to the welterweight division to face Kiamrian Abbasov.
After Abbasov was stripped of his welterweight world title after failing to make weight, only Christian Lee is eligible to win the world championship. The event is live and free for North American viewers with a Prime Video subscription.
At the same event, Stephen Loman will face the biggest test of his career to date when he takes on former bantamweight world champion Bibiano Fernandes. 'The Sniper' gave his view on the match-up between Lee and Abbasov in an interview with ONE Championship:
“Christian Lee is a fantastic athlete. He is fast, strong, and very talented. But at Team Lakay, we always favor the champion. Abbasov is the champion for a reason. It’s going to be tough to come into his division and take his belt. There’s always a chance because it’s MMA, but it’s not going to be easy for Christian.”

Christian Lee comes into the fight on a fast turnaround, last competing in August where he put on a great performance to avenge his loss to Ok Rae Yoon and win back his lightweight world championship.
“I am ready for him anywhere” - Stephen Loman prepared to fight Bibiano Fernandes no matter where action leads
Stephen Loman is just one win away from becoming a title challenger for the first time in ONE Championship. ‘The Sniper’ has been impressive so far inside the circle, but his next test will show where he's really at.
Taking on the most dominant champion in ONE’s history will be no easy task for Loman, who will be making just his third appearance inside the circle. Whilst Bibiano Fernandes poses a lot of threats, specifically on the ground, a win for the Team Lakay fighter would propel his stock to new levels.
Stephen Loman spoke about the magnitude of this fight and his preparations to face Fernandes in an interview with ONE Championship:
"I am ready for him anywhere. He’s dangerous in all aspects, so I’ve worked on all of my game. I am not underestimating him and taking him lightly. I know the magnitude of this fight and I know what it can do for my career. I’m very close to the belt, and I won’t waste this opportunity."
