Amy Pirnie made a huge impression on her ONE Championship debut this past weekend at ONE Fight Night 24 when she scored a highlight-reel knockout victory against Yu Yau Pui.
The former WBC Muay Thai and former ISKA champion only needed 49 seconds to put Yu out cold in front of the Lumpinee Stadium crowd in Bangkok, Thailand. Prinie's incredible finish was posted by the promotion on Instagram, and they captioned it with:

Amy Pirnie positions herself for a pole position in a potential world title shot
When Pirnie joined the world's largest martial arts organization, her main goal was to capture the coveted 26-pound golden belt in her division. With her incredible debut victory, she might have just put herself in a prime position to earn her shot at the world title.
A win or two for Pirnie against other contenders in the weight class could book her a date with the reigning ONE atomweight Muay Thai world champion Allycia Hellen Rodrigues, and that potential clash between the two could produce an all-time classic.
