ONE Championship posted a hilarious video showcasing Superbon Singha Mawynn's kicking skills.
Fighters like Superbon have world-class kicking abilities, making kicks look easy for the average spectator. ONE recently compared the former world champion attempting a challenging kick to a non-professional’s failed attempt at home.
In the first highlight, a man is seen with a bottle on his head while kneeling. His friend tries to knock the bottle off with a body-level kick, leading to the volunteer being kicked in the face. In the second highlight, the Singha Mawynn fighter knocks a bottle off his taller friend’s head with a perfectly timed high kick. ONE shared the video on Instagram with the caption:
“Rarely does it go the way you want 😔"

The Thai superstar made his promotional debut in July 2020, securing a unanimous decision win against Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong, leading to a featherweight kickboxing world title shot. He took on Giorgio Petrosyan and ended the Italian’s title reign with an unforgettable head-kick knockout.
The Phattalung native defended his featherweight throne for the first time against Marat Grigorian. He took out Grigorian with a unanimous decision win, furthering his legacy. Superbon looked unbeatable before running into Chingiz Allazov at ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video.

What’s next for Superbon Singha Mawynn in ONE Championship?
Superbon Singha Mawynn was expected to beat Chingiz Allazov in January. With that said, Allazov was still a respectable opponent and wasn’t underestimated. What happened at ONE Fight Night 6 would shock the kickboxing world.
Not only did Allazov win, but he also dominated the then-champion with multiple knockdowns. ‘Chinga’ ended the fight in the second round to become the new featherweight world champion. The question is, what’s next for the former champion?
There is a chance that the Singha Mawynn fighter will receive an instant rematch. However, people can argue that Allazov won decisively, so a rematch wouldn’t be necessary. If the Thai superstar doesn’t fight for a world title next, he could find himself in a rematch against Marat Grigorian, Giorgio Petrosyan, Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong, or a new matchup against Tayfun Ozcan.
