ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon Singha Mawynn believes he has a distinct advantage going into his main event fight on January 13. This world title bout will be hosted in his home nation at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
Superbon is booked against the highly dangerous 'Chinga' Chingiz Allazov in the headlining fight on ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video. The fight card will be live and free to watch for North American fans with a Prime Video subscription.
The 32-year-old Thai-born athlete is confident ahead of this match because he has the strength of the audience on his side. In an interview with Nicolas Atkin of SCMP MMA, Superbon explained:
"My advantage is that I’m fighting at home, I’m fighting in Thailand. When it comes to speed and power I also have the advantage on that as well. I also have a lot of support from my Thai fans in Thailand."

In an interview with Calf Kick Sports, the Thai star said he may look at a Muay Thai title, perhaps a mixed-rules fight, and then go up in weight. He said:
"I'm going to do Muay Thai first... I'm going to take the Muay Thai belt first... [Then] maybe go up to seventy-five kilo... Or I'll go into MMA. Like the mixed rules [fight] like Rodtang."
