Superbon is back on the comeback trail

After taking some time away from the gym following his knockout loss at ONE Fight Night 6, Superbon Singha Mawynn is back.

The former featherweight kickboxing world champion is now on the comeback trail, looking to make his way back to the top of the division and the pound-for-pound list.

On his Instagram profile, the Thai star recently posted a video of him getting back to work with an absolutely picturesque view. As he shadow boxes in front of a gorgeous piece of scenery, it’s no wonder that competitors from all over the world travel to Thailand to get their training in.

Superbon helps Nong-O Hama prepare for upcoming world title defense

Nong-O Hama and Superbon Singha Mawynn are two of the very best strikers in the world, let alone ONE Championship.

Ahead of Nong-O’s return to the circle, he has been sparring alongside the former ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion to sharpen up his skills. When it comes to finding elite training partners to improve yourself and share knowledge, it doesn’t get much better than these two competitors.

Sharing a video on Instagram of their training, fans provided the following comments below the post:

“Good looks with that fake teep and rear elbow!”

Another fan added:

“Two of the best contemporary Thai fighters!”

After a successful defense of his bantamweight Muay Thai world championship at ONE Friday Fights 1, where he produced a great comeback against Alaverdi Ramazanov, Nong-O Hama is set for his second fight of the year in April at ONE Fight Night 9.

On April 4, he will take on former flyweight Muay Thai world champion Jonathan ‘The General’ Haggerty, who has recently moved up a weight class. It’s a fight that fans of both men have wanted to see for a long-time and it is sure to deliver an instant classic inside the iconic Lumpinee Stadium.

The entire event will air live and for free for North American viewers via Prime Video.
