Superbon ready to emulate Cristiano Ronaldo's path to greatness: "I have reached my prime"

Superbon believes that despite being 34 years old, he isn't slowing down anytime soon.

The ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion has already achieved so much in his career, but he's still motivated to stay at the top. 2024 was another remarkable year for the Thai star, who bounced back from a loss to Tawanchai at the end of 2023.

With impressive wins over Marat Grigorian and Jo Nattawut, he's got momentum behind him, and he wants to keep this going for the years ahead.

Ahead of his upcoming rematch with Tawanchai in the main event of ONE 170 on January 24, the featherweight Muay Thai title challenger spoke in an interview with ONE Championship about being inspired by one of the greatest players to have ever graced the soccer pitch.

Superbon uses former Real Madrid and Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo as a role model for continuing to compete at a high level into the later years of his career:

"I feel like I can fight anyone in ONE or with any athlete. I feel like I have reached my prime and I'm ready to fight anyone. I don't care who my opponent is. I'm still fighting up to these days because I want to keep my routine healthy from practicing, eating, and sleeping. I'll keep going and staying on top for a long, long time. I really admire Ronaldo. He's in his 40s and still in his prime, healthy routine. He's my idol."
