Superbon believes Jo Nattawut's Muay Thai arsenal isn't overly complex.
On Friday, September 27, Superbon returns to action for the first time since becoming the ONE interim featherweight kickboxing world champion. This time around, the Thai superstar will showcase his world-class striking skills in "The Art of Eight Limbs" when he faces Nattawut in the ONE Friday Fights 81 main event.
Nattawut has impressed fans with back-to-back entertaining Muay Thai wars against Luke Lessei (unanimous decision win) and ONE featherweight world champion Tawanchai (unanimous decision loss). Meanwhile, Superbon isn't overly impressed with the variety of Nattawut's skillset despite his recent performances.
During an interview with ONE, Superbon talked about his upcoming fight at ONE Friday Fights 81 and had this to say about Nattawut:

“I have a lot of weapons, but Jo probably has just punches and kicks.”
ONE Friday Fights 81 will take place inside the iconic combat sports venue of Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. Friday's event headlined by Superbon vs Jo Nattawut can be seen via pay-per-view on watch.onefc.com.
Superbon looks for first promotional Muay Thai win
Superbon has separated himself as one of the greatest kickboxers in ONE Championship history for his legendary resume featuring Sitthichai, Giorgio Petrosyan, Marat Grigorian x2, and Tayfun Ozcan. As for his promotional Muay Thai resume, the 34-year-old has plenty more progress to be made.
In December 2023, Superbon competed in his lone promotional Muay Thai bout against ONE featherweight world champion Tawanchai. The 34-year-old came up short and lost by unanimous decision but managed to make a statement by showcasing a Fight of the Year contender.
At ONE Friday Fights 81, Superbon plans to secure his first win in "The Art of Eight Limbs" under the ONE banner. The ONE interim featherweight kickboxing king could also strengthen his argument for why he deserves a rematch against Tawanchai, especially considering Jo Nattawut is fighting him in November.
At the moment, Nattawut is scheduled to challenge Tawanchai for the featherweight Muay Thai strap on November 8 at ONE 169. It'll be intriguing to see if Superbon can defeat Nattawut and potentially steal the opportunity.
