Anna 'Supergirl' Jaroonsak is looking to make it three in a row with a victory at ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video—and she's been receiving tips from a world champion.

'Supergirl' is scheduled to run it back with Ekaterina Vandaryeva following their incredibly narrow split decision a year ago.

In the lead-up to this pivotal Muay Thai bout, the Thai striker has received some secret tips from the reigning ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion Petchtanong Petchfergus. She told ONE Championship:

"I have Petchtanong to help me in designing my training program for the upcoming fight. I regard him as my big bro. He taught me many things like weight training, how to exercise, and diet, which was what I was missing before."

'Supergirl' added, saying:

"Thanks to Petchtanong, I now know how important it is to take care of your body. Before, I didn’t know why you had to eat whey protein. When I finished training, I often felt muscle aches and couldn’t use my brain effectively because my body was exhausted. But now my body has [gotten] stronger. I can challenge myself to another level."

Jaroonsak concluded with:

"Thanks to a combination of weight training techniques from Petchanong and Muay Thai techniques from my father, I feel awesome. This is the strongest version of me, ever."

ONE CEO says Ekaterina Vandaryeva "easily" beat Supergirl in first meeting, despite judges' decision

'Supergirl' eked out a split-decision victory when she first shared the circle with Vandaryeva. However, ONE CEO Chatri Sityodtong is firm in his belief that the judges got it wrong. He said after the event:

"I thought Ekaterina won easily and she staggered Supergirl and the judges got it wrong. We are going to have to work with other judges. It’s just they made errors, especially in the striking stuff. People might disagree with me but I thought Ekaterina won. I don’t know what the judges are watching."

Neither woman has competed since the first meeting last January—and this seems like a must-win for Vandaryeva—as she is 0-3 under ONE's banner. Yet, her only decisive defeat came via a head kick against Janet Todd.

Make sure to tune in to ONE Fight Night 6 on January 13 to watch the strawweight Muay Thai rematch between Anna Jaroonsak and Ekaterina Vandaryeva.
