ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek is grateful for the respect he's received from his growing fanbase.
At 28 years old, Superlek has established himself as one of the biggest superstars in ONE Championship by continuing to succeed against various world-class strikers. Over the last nine months, 'The Kicking Machine' has gained many new fans for defeating Rodtang (Muay Thai) and Takeru Segawa (kickboxing).
During an interview with the South China Morning Post, the Thai superstar was asked about his growing fanbase. The reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion responded by voicing his appreciation:
"Of course, I'm happy that more people know me now. More people notice me. More people are happy about my performance. It's just that feeling that like, oh, you did your job, and then people like it. It's a good feeling."
