Reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek expects great things when Muay Thai legend Liam Harrison makes his long-awaited return to the Circle in September.

Two years removed from a devastating injury sustained in his ONE world title fight with Nong-O Hama at ONE on Prime Video 1, 'Hitman' will return to action on Friday, Sept. 6 when he takes center stage at ONE 168 in The Mile High City — Denver, Colorado — for a clash with 'The Man Who Yields To No One' Seksan Or Kwanmuang.

Speaking with ONE Championship, 'The Kicking Machine' shared his excitement over seeing Liam Harrison return to the Circle at ONE 168, saying:

“He’s a great athlete and such an entertainer. He makes any fight exciting.”

Of course, Harrison won't be the only Muay Thai icon strapping on the four-ounce gloves when ONE Championship heads back to the United States later this year.

Superlek will also make his return at the historic night of fights with the chance to make ONE history.

Superlek seeks two-sport glory against Jonathan Haggerty at ONE 168

Aside from the long-awaited return of Liam Harrison, fight fans in The Centennial State and those watching around the world will witness one of the most anticipated Muay Thai matchups of all time.

Reigning two-sport king Jonathan Haggert will put his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship on the line when he goes toe-to-toe with Superlek.

Haggerty steps into the massive matchup riding a string of knockouts in his last three outings, including earth-shattering KOs against former ONE world champion Nong-O Hama, current ONE bantamweight MMA titleholder Fabricio Andrade, and 'Demolition Man' Felipe Lobo.

As for Superlek, 'The Kicking Machine' enters his first Muay Thai title opportunity with noteworthy wins over Rodtang Jitmuangon last September and Japanese kickboxing icon Takeru Segawa at ONE 165 in January. He recently returned to Lumpinee Stadium at ONE Friday Fights 68, earning a big victory against Kongthoranee Sor Sommai.
