Muhammad Mokaev signed a contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in 2021. The flyweight contender's impressive ability to finish opponents quickly has already earned him a great deal of hype in the MMA world.

Mokaev, who was born in Russia but represents England in the competition, has been making waves in the sport since his amateur days. Now, with the backing of the promotion, he is poised to take his career to the next level.

In a recent post on his official Twitter account, Mokaev shared an image of the "youngest-ranked fighters," in the promotion which included his name, and vowed to become the youngest champion in the promotion's history:

"InshaAllah youngest champion in the @ufc history!"

'The Punisher' currently holds a professional fight record of 9 wins in his career, of which two came via knockout, five via submission, and three first-round finishes.

If he is successful in his quest, Mokaev will not only make history, but he will also cement his place as one of the greatest fighters of all time.

Only time will tell if Muhammad Mokaev can rise to the occasion and become the youngest champion in the promotion's history. Still, one thing is certain: he has the talent, drive, and determination to make a name for himself in the sport of MMA.


Muhammad Mokaev greatly determined to recover before UFC 286 fight

Muhammad Mokaev recently suffered a dislocated shoulder during training, which initially cast doubt on his upcoming fight against Jafel Filho. However, the British fighter has been working tirelessly to speed up his recovery in time for UFC 286.

In a tweet via his official Twitter handle, the flyweight revealed that he dropped his holidays in between only to get back to his rehab sessions and recover from the injury ahead of his upcoming fight:

"Started my rehab in Manchester, UFC March 18th I will be ready! I’m working, I could have stayed in Thailand and had [a] nice holiday but I’m back just to speed up my recovery to fight on [the] London card!"
