"Take out the giants of that division" - Lito Adiwang eager to see how Rodtang would fair in potential bantamweight shift

Lito Adiwang is excited by the idea of one of the biggest stars in combat sports stepping foot in a new division.

For many years, the flyweight Muay Thai division has been dominated by one name and one name only.

Rodtang Jitmuangnon has brought an unrivalled amount of excitement and attention to the division but there are two major issues with his time in the division.

'The Iron Man' struggles to make the weight limit and there aren't too many fresh and exciting challenges that he'd want to face in the talent-packed division.

After he was stripped of the title at ONE 169 before beating Jacob Smith in a rematch, the idea of him moving up to bantamweight opens up a lot of very interesting questions.

Lito Adiwang, who is in favor of seeing this, spoke about it in a recent exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA:

"But I think moving to bantamweight creates intrigue for fans, even me, who want to see if he can take out the giants of that division. In terms of skills, of course, I believe that he will wipe the floor with a lot of bantamweights just based on skills. But what's what makes it exciting."
