Tammi Musumeci is down for a superfight with Danielle Kelly inside the Circle. Musumeci made her promotional debut on Friday (March 24) night at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video.
She scored a unanimous decision victory over ADCC and IBJJF world champion Bianca Basilio in the evening’s opening bout. Following her winning debut, Musumeci sounded eager to get back inside the Circle for her sophomore appearance.
Musumeci also said that she would be open to taking on submission grappling sensation Danielle Kelly.
“I fought Danielle Kelly a year ago, and I heard she wants to fight me, so I’d be down for that. I could definitely make 115 lbs. I’ve made 115lbs in Jiu-Jitsu, and that’s where you literally weigh in and then you fight right after.”

Kelly and Musumeci are familiar with each other, having squared off under the Who’s Number One banner in 2021. Musumeci scored a victory via armlock in their first and only meeting thus far.
Since then, Danielle Kelly has emerged as one of the most well-known submission grapplers in the world. Signing with ONE Championship in 2022, the Silver Fox BJJ product has earned back-to-back wins. That includes a submission over Sambo world champion Mariia Molchanova and a unanimous decision over MMA standout Ayaka ‘Zombie’ Miura.
Tammi Musumeci wants to be part of promotion’s U.S. debut on May 5
Tammi Musumeci hopes to be part of the promotion’s highly anticipated debut in the U.S. on May 5.
“I work full time, so it’s easier to fight in the U.S., and it would be cool to get on the May 5 card,” Musumeci said. “I don’t know if it’s possible, but whenever they come to the U.S., that would be really cool.”
ONE Fight Night 10 at the 1stBank Center in Colorado will serve as ONE Championship’s North American debut.
