After a successful debut with ONE Championship at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video, Tammi Musumeci is already starting to make plans for when she hopes to step back inside the Circle.
Following in her younger brother Mikey Musumeci’s footsteps, Tammi has arrived in ONE’s submission grappling roster as one of the top female competitors in the world.
With a decision win against Bianca Basilio this past weekend, she now has one specific card in her crosshairs.
At ONE Fight Night 10 on May 5, ONE Championship will host their first ever event in the United States.

Some fans may already be aware that competition isn’t Tammi Musumeci’s full-time career. By day, she is a fully qualified attorney and competing somewhere closer to home would be a great benefit for her.
In her post-event interviews, she said:
“I’d be down to fight again tonight but I know that’s not possible so whenever. I work full time so it’s easier to fight in the U.S. and it would be cool to get on the May 5 card. I don’t know if it’s possible but whenever they come to the U.S. that would be really cool.”
ONE Fight Night 10 will take place at 1stBank Center in Colorado. The entire card will be broadcast live and for free in North America via Prime Video.
Mikey Musumeci shares happiness for sister Tammi Musumeci’s debut win in ONE Championship
At ONE Fight Night 8, Tammi Musumeci made her debut in ONE Championship in the first bout of the night. With a narrow decision win against fellow BJJ world champion in Brazil’s Bianca Basilio, Tammi is off to a great start with the promotion.
Whilst ONE fans may be unfamiliar with her skills and achievements, they have become very accustomed to those of her younger brother Mikey Musumeci.
Mikey showed his appreciation for his sibling via an Instagram post, celebrating her win:
"Tammi wins her @onechampionship debut!!!! So freaking proud of her. 😭She wakes up 4:30 am everyday to do cardio before working as a lawyer, does stairs in the middle of the day at her job, and then trains at night immediately after work!"
"No one works harder than my sister. She inspires me so much. Can’t wait for us to be on the same card together ❤️. I want to thank @rlo702jj for helping her prepare while I was overseas; he is an amazing coach and friend."
