Even the upcoming defending ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai couldn't help himself but yield to the fact that his upcoming challenger Superbon is an absolute legend of the sport.
Tawanchai will welcome the challenge of Superbon for the second time on Jan. 24 as they headline the ONE 170 card inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
Before he attempts to spoil Superbon's dream of obtaining two-sport glory, Tawanchai had a pre-fight interview with seasoned journalist Nick Atkin and shared that he has been a lifelong fan of Superbon:
"I'm one of his fans, I would say, and I've watched him since I was younger. I'm always impressed by his performances. I think he is very good."

The 25-year-old phenom drew first blood in his their first meeting with Superbon, where he eked out a majority decision victory at ONE Friday Fights 46 in December 2023.
He is fresh off a majority decision victory in his most recent outing in June 2024 over Jo Nattawut to retain his 26-pound golden belt and maintain his status as the unquestioned king of the weight class.
Tawanchai says that he and Superbon are equally match ahead of their championship rematch at ONE 170
In his recent exclusive talk with Sportskeeda MMA, the PK Saenchai Muaythaigym-affiliated athlete has acknowledged that his skill is at par with the Superbon Training Camp representative.
Furthermore, he mentioned that even with his almost a decade youth will not be considered as an edge against the veteran fighter, as he stated:
"I think I don't have any advantage over Superbon, even though I'm much younger. But I think we're both in physical condition."
