Boxing star Teofimo Lopez is all set to return to action soon. The 26-year-old will lock horns against Steve Claggett on June 29. The fight will have the WBO super lightweight belt at stake and the James L. Knight Center in Miami, Florida, will serve as the venue.

Boxing fans in the United States can enjoy the event on ESPN+. People in Ireland and the United Kingdom will be able to watch the fights on Sky Sports.

The fight card for the event is expected to begin at 9 pm ET / 6 pm PT. The walkouts for the main event will take place at approximately 11 pm ET / 8 pm PT. These timings are subject to change depending on the outcome of all the fights.

Lopez has a professional record of 20-1 and is currently riding a four-fight win streak. Claggett, on the other hand, is 38-7-2 as a professional boxer and has won his last nine fights. It will be interesting to see as to who continues their victorious run come June 29.

The co-main event will feature a featherweight showdown between Robeisy Ramirez and Brandon Benitez.

A middleweight clash between Sona Akale and boxing icon Muhammad Ali's grandson Nico Ali Walsh will also take place on the card. The fight will be a rematch as their first encounter took place in August 2023.

That night, Akale got his hand raised via a majority decision, handing Walsh the first loss of his professional career. Now, many fans will be curious to find out whether Walsh will avenge his sole defeat come June 29 or not.
