Terrance McKinney, who competes in the UFC lightweight division, recently posted a tweet with a video showing him performing a cartwheel scramble in response to a takedown attempt.
'T. Wrecks' can be seen being taken down before performing the move, which helped him end on top in the half-guard position.

Terrance McKinney put out the tweet with the following caption:
"I like to wrestle more than I like to strike"
McKinney has competed four times in the promotion and has compiled a UFC record of 3-1. His only loss came via TKO against the now-No.14-ranked lightweight Drew Dober at UFC Fight Night 203.
'T. Wrecks' is rarely, if ever, in boring fights, having never ever fought to a decision. He has a 100% finishing rate across his wins, and even all four of his career losses have come by stoppages.
All his wins in the UFC have come by way of first-round finishes. In 17 fights, McKinney has 12 first-round finishes.
Terrance McKinney last fought Erick Gonzalez at UFC Vegas 59, where he secured a first-round submission win via rear-naked choke. The fighter from Spokane, Washington has a promotional record of 3-1 and an overall MMA record of 13-4.
Terrance McKinney died and was resuscitated following a drug binge
Terrance McKinney was once the hottest prospect in collegiate wrestling with NCAA Division II credentials. At one point, he was the No.1 collegiate wrestler in the nation while at North Idaho College in Nebraska.
As hard as McKinney used to train, he used to party equally hard. One night, he, along with a group of friends, decided to take hallucinogens like psilocybin and lysergic acid together. As if that wasn't enough, they added alcohol to the mix.
A combination of potent psychedelics and alcohol led McKinney to fall into a delirious state, which saw him severely injure himself, resulting in blood loss. When the authorities found him, he was in such a delirious state that he had to be physically restrained before being taken to the hospital.
While in the ambulance, McKinney's heart stopped twice, and he was resuscitated and brought back to life. He was treated and eventually recovered. In return for saving his life, McKinney helped the police by serving as part of their Youth Police Initiative.
Here's a video of Terrance McKinney detailing the incident on The MMA Hour:
McKinney described how the hardest thing to deal with from the incident was the reaction of his family, who were emotionally distraught. During an interview with MMA Junkie, he said:
"I was really disappointed in myself. Just seeing my mom’s face in tears. She could have lost me forever, and I’m her first born. That was a huge game changer for me. Seeing my family members crying and sad. Just seeing that inspired me to make a change."
