Fans gave mixed reactions to UFC leaving Francis Ngannou's KO of Stipe Miocic out of its compilation video. After suffering a lopsided unanimous decision loss in his first UFC title opportunity, Ngannou captured the title with a devastating second-round KO win in their UFC 260 rematch at UFC Apex.

The promotion will host its 100th Fight Night event at the UFC Apex facility on Nov. 9. To celebrate the milestone achievement, the UFC posted 100 UFC Apex Knockouts compilation video on its YouTube channel. Despite being one of the most iconic finishes, Ngannou's victory wasn't included in the list. @mma_orbit brought this to attention in a post on X.

Fans took to the comments section and shared their thoughts on the UFC seemingly distancing itself from its former champion. Some condemned the decision to downplay the Cameroonian's achievements, as Ngannou parted ways with the UFC on a sour note.

Meanwhile, others felt it was purely a business decision to avoid negative publicity for Miocic, who's set to challenge current heavyweight champion Jon Jones at UFC 309 on Nov. 16.

Dana White gave a harsh response to Francis Ngannou's criticism

Francis Ngannou and UFC CEO Dana White have been embroiled in a war of words since 'The Predator' left the UFC. Following his recent win over Renan Ferreira at PFL Super Fights: Battle of the Giants, Ngannou claimed that White would probably be "praying for his downfall".

At the UFC 308 press conference, MMA media members asked White to share his thoughts on the Cameroonian's comments. White responded:

"Me praying (for his downfall) ... Trust me, I don’t think about Francis that much. You guys asked me the question about the PFL, and I responded. Other than that, the only one who’s praying for his demise is probably the PFL because they signed a shitty contract with a guy that doesn’t deliver any numbers and ticket sales or pay-per-views. They’ve got to keep paying this guy for however long and good for him. Not good for them.”
