A former UFC fighter has shared his reasons for not supporting Donald Trump in the recent elections, citing frustration over the President-elect's perceived prioritization of Israel over America. Jake Shields expressed his views during a recent episode of his Fight Back podcast.
Reflecting on Trump’s campaign, Shields explained that his decision to abstain from voting stemmed from the former president’s shift in focus.
"I decided to you know I hate Kamala and was going back and forth whether I was to vote or not but the last minute you know I decided I couldn't put my name behind Trump even though he was he was the better of the two option. I decided to sit it out you know I'm looking at me I can't I can't vote with the guy who's pushing Israel first you know."

"I remember when he ran 2016 it was America first build the wall make America great again. This election was a lot more like I'm gonna do this for Israel I'm do that for Israel after they gave $100 million. That's how cheap you know America's for sale, I'm sure there's more behind-the-scenes money but disappointing when you see.”

Joe Rogan offers candid take on Donald Trump’s impact on politics
Joe Rogan recently expressed his unfiltered views on Donald Trump, claiming that the former President-elect inspires fear in both the political left and the so-called "deep state."
Rogan's remarks came during his appearance on episode #422 of The Tim Dillon Show, where he and Dillon discussed a variety of topics, including Trump's potential second term and the dynamics of American politics. He said:
"This is what I think the deep state is genuinely scared about with Trump. He genuinely wants to stop the wars, he's open saying it, that we've got to stop people from dying. That shouldn't be controversial. That shouldn't be something the left opposes...The fact he paid for his entire campaign himself, or funded it. It's different. they [the deep state] hate it."
